This Privacy Policy (hereafter – the Policy) describes practices and policies regarding the personal data that MV GROUP Logistics, UAB (hereinafter – the Company) collect from individuals who visit website, located at www.mvgrouplogistics.lt.

Employer feedback and recommendations for the job candidate: the name and contact details of the person who provides the feedback or recommendation and the content of the feedback or recommendation.

Evaluation information about the job candidate: summary of the interview with the job candidate, opinion and observations of the person(s) carrying out the selection, the candidate’s testing results (if any).

Special categories of personal data: – health data, data on unspent conviction for intentional crimes. Special categories of personal data for job candidates are collected at the Company only in the case and only to the extent as is necessary for carrying out selection for the specific job position and as is permitted by the legislation in force.

  1. Legal basis for processing personal data

The legal basis for processing of personal data at this website is consent. When the personal data of a job candidate are processed for the purpose of personnel selection and evaluation of candidates, the Company considers consent to process the personal data of the job candidate to have been obtained when the job candidate submits his or her CV, cover letter (if any), or other recruitment documents to the Company.

  1. Term of data processing

Personal data of job candidates are stored at the Company for the purpose of personnel selection for as long as the selection is being carried out for the given position(s). Personal data of job candidates are stored at the Company for the purpose of job candidate database administration for three years from the day consent is given. Personal data that are processed for the purpose of submission of a quote according to the needs of the company are stored for three years from the day consent is given.

The Company may store personal data longer than indicated above if there is reasonable suspicion of an unlawful act which is the subject of an investigation, if the personal data are necessary for proper resolution of a dispute or complaint, or under other statutory grounds. Consent and proof thereof may also be stored at the Company for a longer period if this is necessary for the Company to defend itself concerning demands, claims or actions brought against it.

  1. Provision of personal data to third parties

We may transfer your data to third parties when this is necessary to implement the purpose for which we are processing the personal data. These may be third parties who help us and provide us with services related to selection, candidate evaluation, and internal administration (database software vendors, database administrators, data centres, hosting and cloud service providers, etc.).

When the Company processes the personal data of job candidates for the purpose of personnel selection, the Company may also transfer the personal data of job candidates to other companies within the group of companies that belongs to the Company if said are participating in candidate evaluation processes for employees in management.

When the Company processes personal data for the purpose of job candidate database administration, the Company may also transfer the personal data of job candidates to other companies within the group of companies that belongs to the Company if the person may be a suitable candidate for a position in these companies.

If personal data are provided in carrying out selection for a position(s) at companies located abroad (in other EU member countries) or in managing them in the database of job candidates at companies located abroad, they may be transferred to companies located abroad who are looking for an employee(s) for a position(s).

Data may also be provided to public or law enforcement agencies such as the police or law enforcement or supervisory authorities, but only upon the request thereof and only when required by the legislation in force or in the cases and procedure provided by law in order to ensure our rights and the security of our customers, employees and resources, and to make, submit and defend legal claims.

  1. Rights of data subjects and the implementation thereof

You have the right to obtain access to your personal data and how personal data is processed, to demand that the personal data submitted be rectified, supplemented or destroyed, and to stop the processing of personal data (withdraw your consent). You also have the right to request that the data controller limit the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (contact details are provided online at www.ada.lt), and the right not to agree to the processing of the personal data submitted.
